A close up of Big Ben. I bought a Key chain for myself and my oldest son. I also have a clock gold colour of Big Ben that my mom bought me and one for my daughter. I have mine sitting on my dresser I have left it in London time. I also have a little mini purse sitting on my dresser from Paris.

Our suit cases waiting to be loaded we only had to take our own suit case once the rest of the time they took them to and from our room.

We had just been a church that had finished their mass the churches are quite wonderful they let people tour them during their services.

We all wore white so we could match. I sure wish I had remembered I was wearing glasses.

2008

My son won this award of a tool box full of tools and a gift card for 300.00 from Canadian tire and Vintage Cars of Merritt. The total is $1500.00. He was picked from the shop class. We all had to smile this is the boy who tells the school he has to go home to deliver a goat. He happened to play golf all day today. As my mom put it he always comes out smelling like rose. You have to love him!!!!

Upon arrival

We had dinner here. It was lovely you could here the lambs calling in the field a little creek ran through the area.

Savannah was not feeling well we ate Yorkshire pudding and gravy which she promptly threw up at 3am.

Oh my gosh it is beautiful out, so warm looking and the sun is actually shining. We managed to get our last load of hay not too much 174 bales I am sure glad I did not delay in asking for it because when we were loading it someone else had come to ask for it.
Last night one of my little bottles babies was bloating so we doctored it up and I am kind of scared to go check it this morning.
I am ready to work on my yard I started a bit but I have been way to busy to get right down and dirty.
Today is the grad ceremony my oldest son is actually graduating or unless he messes with the principle today and does not get to go:) He is going to the practice run of the ceremony then I am not sure where golfing fits in to his school schedule. Well I have to run I do not have too many kids at the breakfast table yet.

On this day we drove through the lake district then climbed up... up ...up... then headed back down the other side we climbed down through a slate quarry. (not sure on that spelling)

Today was a busy day the weather was quite dreary gray and damp. We had the fire going all day to take the chill of the house. I had a nice lunch with my neighbors it was good to see them again. I took my son to his second day of his first aid for fire fighting I am not sure when we will know if he has made it they only pick two. We went and spoke for hay and picked up our first load I hope to go first thing in the morning for another load.
This evening before supper I Nordic pole walked to our other road near our post office boxes while my youngest son rode his bike for some reason I really seized up on this walk that usually does not happen. Well I am off to bed talk to you all soon tomorrow some of our chicks arrive.

Most of our photo's are in our warm coats. Eventually in the rest of Europe we manged to take them off a bit it did warm up.

I made three pairs of slippers on our trip one pair for Mom , one for Nan and one pair for me. I actually knit one full slipper on the train that was not moving the one where we sat for a very long time..

Finally a spring flower

This is my new bike my husband bought me. The basket was for Mothers day and he spent the day welding a bracket for it. How can I not look cute riding this awesome bike!!!
