Today was a full day of chores, icing up the rink, hockey and general chores. It was a beautiful day bright and clear. It is getting cold tonight we are down to minus fifteen so far. It is funny how the weather jumps around.
I feel I need to start a project just not too sure what to do. I am not straight in my house yet. However I realized no matter how I nice and clean my house is, my family will not let it stay that way. So sigh...I guess I will start cleaning again in the morning. Then it is a hockey night.
My neighbors and I are having are fair share of wild animal grief. The bobcat with the neighbors and us with Raccoons, coyotes and owls. We seemed to be doing so well there for a while and now we are in the midst of hassles.

SNOW CONE ANYONE

This little guy has been harassing the little birds. We had quite the snow storm last night. Yesterday we were twelve above then today clean and very bright snow. However the temperature is really warming up so it could get quite messy out there by this afternoon.

Here I am sitting with Hunter the hound dog. He is sooo full of it, loud quite the hand full. However he is very good in the house and he loves to cuddle. And, Hunter is very photogenic.
This week has gone by so quick. A lot of cleaning has been done. I am having grief with setting up of the computer so again I will work on that tomorrow.
Our weather has been jumping around like crazy minus seven to seven above all within one day. Melting off the house and snowing at the same time.

2011 a New Year

The last two days have been used up with some pretty heavy cleaning. The funny thing in this house you have to do the same thing over and over again. Why? because I have kids they do not understand the concept of a clean house.
I was so relieved to find out we had another day before school! Thank goodness not until Tuesday.
I did managed to squeeze a walk to the river today, it was cold and beautiful.

Busy day.
Temperature has turned very cold. Funny how it can go from one extreme to another.
Had a quick trip to town for a hair cut. Then just hung out at home did chores visited my son, his girlfriend and two of my girls. Then my son left for the Island again.
I just down loaded a new app for my phone and I can't wait to try it out tomorrow. It looks like it will be a lot of for taking pictures.

Ice time not snow time here.
I really enjoy seeing the kids playing not having to run to hockey or do homework.
We sure did have a fun time. Way too quick though.

Christmas time fun. I thought for sure she would take me out!

Our day for Winter Solstice was amazing

Our Winter Solstice fun. Skating, cheesecake, toque making, wild bird pine cones, making CD's and watching Christmas movies.

Trying to remember if I knew how to skate. It was fun but I did not do it again today. Maybe tomorrow.

Our truck heading off into the night to witness the amazing Lunar Eclipse. I had told my husband I had wanted to come to work to look for the wild horses in the full moon... and do you want to know what he said! " I will leave you at 2k" I guess I stress him out being scared of the roads....

We made pine cone bird seed feed for the wild birds. We stayed up to watch the eclipse (Which by the way I am kind of regretting as I am soo tired.
We will skate today and I am will knit a craft to celebrate. I will use white with amazing yarn, silks and ribbons.

Watching the Lunar Eclipse. It is a very magical night. I hope many wonderful things happen tonight.

The fun begins. We have had stories told, wrestling matches, clothes compared, muscles measured, skating, hockey, teasing and so much loud fun.
