Today I have gone Cross Country Skiing twice. Once with Sam and once with Nana. I am definitely not graceful. I am trying out my new Red lipstick that I got for Christmas. The first time I tried this morning I could not get up the hill. Oh hill I mean slope!!!

It is so very, very cold. I honestly think I will never warm up!! We have been building the kids a skating rink. I was flooding the rink this morning and froze, froze, froze.
Last night Jord won his game. He got a goal, he hit his head again, he found himself dizzy. So I think he is going to get a concussion helmet.
I think my kids are coming home today. I hope they are so they can play with their Christmas gifts. Play a lot before school starts again.
I hate the thought holidays are over so soon. However that is okay I will just count the days until the next one!!

Tanisha and Oma on Christmas eve.

My oldest son and my Mom. I woke up poor Jordan to having to get his gun and deal with a coyote (I know not very festive) however it could have been worse. The coyote was right in the yard eyeing up the ducks, sheep and chickens.

This is my youngest son. I can't wait for him to come home. I have bought him a pair of country ski's. He doesn't know yet. I am not too sure he will even get to try them now. I am not sure when he is coming home from visiting. And, for us hockey starts this weekend.

Here is my brother looking quite pleased with himself. He is probably eyeing up the Christmas stuffing. My siblings have been known to get hostile over the last serving of stuffing....you know who you are!!!

Christmas Dinner. Visiting, telling stories and we are all too full to move. At this time I am really, really exhausted. Here is Jeremy and my Dad visiting. After this they all went to skate at my brothers.

One of my favorite parts of Christmas is our Christmas Cake. I love the very sugary sauce. We really love to watch the cake burn. Isn't it pretty.

The kids spent a lot of time up at my brothers skating. It has been quite cold this Holiday. This morning it was past -18. Jordan left this morning. He is on the ferry right now. He just saw a Penguin. That is so cool. I wonder how and where it came from. Poor little guy he must be so lost. Maybe he fell of Santa's sleigh.

George enjoying a quiet moment. He was knackered from tipping over my little Christmas tree all night. Every time I put wood in the tree was tipped.

The two older ones were sleeping. Samuel just being a smart ass. He is a really funny kid. The two junior B players were knackered. Jord had traveled up from Campbell River on three hours sleep.
