enjoying some very rough sea's hading on our way home. This was near Qualicum beach we found some very fun shells here. I was just going for a cool shell when this son came down to tell me in a shout the sign said to watch out for snapping clams...what the heck is a snapping clam!!!!!!! I had to tread very carefully after that.
On our way home while we getting out of our van on the ferry we noticed our tire was going flat less than 8 pounds of air. Now I might add we were parked on a hill in the ferry. Did you know there was hills in ferries. So my husband started to find the jack and he started to get out the spare. We have never had to do this on our travels so it was a new experience but before we could get right at the ferry man stopped us. Thank Goodness we were sick about him lying under a van on a hill. They gave us air, we put air in Abbotsford, air in Chilliwack. We really did not want to have to change it in all that horrible rain. Well we did make it home and when we were unloading you could here the air coming out. So as it was getting changed we realize the wrenches or tire changing tool does not fit our fancy wheels so we would not have been able to change the tire anyway. Thank goodness for guardian Angels and now we know.
Here is the end of the our trip, poor Ole Betsy (that is our van) she looks like she was in one of those accidents that was backing up traffic for miles. Now Betsy has issues has had them since the day we brought her home. She has a horrible squeak/grind in the steering wheel when we turn, hates and I mean hates puddles, water it makes her make horrible dying sounds so absolutely no puddle hopping with her. And to top it off her motor is temperamental likes to sometimes flash light on and off giving off unnerving warnings. And last thing (I am whispering ) she has a drinking problem she guzzles oil like there is no tomorrow.... she thinks we don't know but we are constantly buying the stuff and before you know it is gone and Allan and I are not drinking it...
Here is after half the stuff had already gone into the house but don't worry she is nice and clean now.

Today was a day I spent at my desk doing paper work, trying to figure out if we could be debt free by the time we are fifty. I think it could be done maybe not totally but very near. It just that damn interest on the credit cards. Did you know some of them are over 28% like who looks at that when we apply for them!! Tonight was hockey and now bed. So have a wonderful night .
